A Very Fine and Palatial French 19th Century Louis XVI Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Table de Mileu by E. Schmidt, A Paris. Carved in mahogany and tulipwood veneers, fitted with an ivory-hautacam marble top, gilt-bronze leafs and acanthus frieze, the legs with rings and sabots. With two frieze drawers, the reverse of the lock stamped: E. Schmidt/A Paris. Circa: Paris, 1890.
